Every game and every practice happens Saturday 8am–12pm at Turner Park @ Skye Ranch — so your weekends stay yours. No contact, no tackling, no equipment to buy. Just real NFL FLAG football.
Flag football gives kids the speed, teamwork and confidence of the game they see on Sundays — without the tackling. It is the fastest-growing youth sport in the country for a reason.

Small rosters mean more opportunities for kids to touch the ball, run routes and play both sides.

Flags instead of tackles. Certified rules from NFL FLAG, trained referees at every game, and coaches who focus on fundamentals.

All divisions practice and play at Turner Park @ Skye Ranch. Have your afternoon and evenings to yourself.

Everything is at Turner Park @ Skye Ranch, 9185 Little Dipper Lane, Sarasota, FL 34241. Practices and games are both on Saturday mornings, 8am–12pm. The season runs September 12 through October 24, with championship games on the final Saturday.
Yes — that is the point of the format. There is no tackling, no blocking and no contact. Plays end when a defender pulls a flag off the ball carrier's belt. No helmets or pads are used because they are not needed, and every game has a trained referee on the field.
Not at all. Divisions are grouped by grade and most players are new to the sport. Coaches teach the fundamentals during Saturday practice, and small rosters mean beginners get real playing time instead of watching from the sideline.
Please do — every team needs at least one volunteer head coach, and parents, family members and family friends are all eligible. Mention it on the form above or register as a volunteer head coach in the league portal and we will walk you through it.
Registrations are final once submitted, so please confirm your family's Saturday availability for September 12 – October 24 before you register. If you are unsure about the dates, use the form above and we will send the full schedule first.
Florida weather happens. We play in the rain, however games will be cancelled if there are lightning strikes in the area. Where the schedule allows we make games up, though cancellations for weather or other circumstances beyond our control are not refundable.
Yes — all divisions play at the same park on the same Saturday morning, usually back to back. That is exactly why families with multiple kids like this league. If your children are in the same grade range be sure to fill in their first and last names in the “Buddy Request” section on their registration forms. This will prompt the NFL Flag Football program to place your children on the same team. This same process can be used for friend requests as well.
Grades 1 through 9, boys and girls, $195 all-in. Seven Saturdays of real football at Turner Park @ Skye Ranch, September 12 – October 24.
