These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BFL Flag Football League website at register.bflflagfootballleague.com and the communications you receive from us. By using this site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
BFL Flag Football League (“BFL”, “we”, “us”) operates youth flag football programs in Sarasota, Florida, as an official NFL FLAG affiliate. You can reach us any time at bflflagfootballleague@gmail.com.
What this website does
This site provides information about our seasons and lets parents and guardians request details about upcoming programs. Submitting an interest form on this site is not a registration and does not reserve a spot. League registration and payment are completed separately through our official registration portal.
Registration, fees and refunds
- Registration is completed through our registration portal and is subject to the fees, division rules and deadlines published there at the time you register.
- A season requires a minimum number of registered players to run. If a season or a division does not reach the minimum, or is cancelled by BFL, registration fees for the affected players are refunded.
- Schedules, division structure and field assignments may change based on registration totals, weather, facility availability and other circumstances outside our control.
Participation and safety
Our programs are non-contact flag football. Participation in any athletic activity carries inherent risk of injury. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate, and for any waiver or medical information required at registration.
Communications you agree to receive
When you submit a form on this site or on one of our ads, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and, if you have given consent, by text message about our programs. Details of our text messaging program, including how to opt out, are described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information on behalf of another person, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or to use automated means to collect information from it.
Intellectual property
The content, photographs, video and logos on this site are the property of BFL Flag Football League or used with permission, except for NFL FLAG marks, which belong to their respective owners. Please do not reuse them without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep season dates, pricing and division information accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or error free, and the terms published in the registration portal control. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, BFL Flag Football League is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect, and the date below shows when it was last updated.
